Family Application Process:
New family applications will be taken in batches according to the following schedule:

Step 1: LEARN
Attend an informational meeting to learn more and ask questions about the vision and function of this school model.
Read Christopher Perrin’s Introduction to Classical Education booklet, available for download here.
Pray as a family about this decision.
Step 2: APPLY
After the informational meeting, families may complete one application per student and submit via email.
Step 3: FAMILY MEETING AND EVALUATION
Attend a Family Meeting with The Oaks Leadership. This is a chance for us to get to know you personally and to answer any questions you might have. Your $50 application fee(s) are due at this time, as well as all documents listed below.
Students will participate in entrance testing.
*PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade students have the option of attending enrichment classes in the afternoons (1:00-2:00) at an additional cost.
A Week at The Oaks
PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade
In the earliest years, students attend school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 4 1/2 hours each day. Parents teach their students on the 3 home days each week (M, W, F).
- PreK – Bible, Handwriting, Phonics, Mathematics, History & Geography and Science
- K – Bible, Handwriting, Phonics, Mathematics, History & Geography and Science
- 1st – Bible, Handwriting, Writing, Phonics & Spelling, Grammar, Mathematics, History & Geography and Science
Second through Sixth Grade
Students attend school two days a week for 5 1/2 hours each day. School teachers and parents work closely together, as parents are true co-teachers at home.
