Teaching Application

As part of The Oaks instructional staff, you will enter into a community of believers who love the Lord, love learning, and love students. A career at The Oaks is an opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

The mission of The Oaks is to glorify God as we fortify the work of families in the education of their children as a Classical, Christian, Collaborative school. To honor that mission, all school staff must be active in a local church and wholeheartedly agree with, genuinely live by, and willingly sign our Statement of Faith.

In addition, teachers must exhibit a mastery of the content they teach and share the school vision of a Classical, Christian, Collaborative school.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and recruited by word of mouth, professional recommendations, and publicity when needed. Potential staff members are contacted for interviews by February, based on vacancies.

All interested applicants should submit a request for an application packet. We look forward to hearing from you.
