Welcome to The Oaks

At The Oaks, our mission is to glorify God as we fortify families in the education of their children as a Classical, Christian, Collaborative School. We take our mission seriously, and it is the driving force behind everything we do.

The collaborative model of education joins the experience and leadership of the classroom instructor with the parent who knows the child and is the caretaker and steward of his or her training. This model also carefully preserves the time that is so central to the family’s ability to grow, play, and learn together. It recognizes the formative nature of time and proximity.

The Christian classroom and curricula seek to develop the whole person and to look to Christ in our studies as we approach and enjoy the world God made and sustains. We aim to help both the family and the local church. We are strategic in our efforts to help families develop meaningful and refining relationships here, while encouraging deep connection in their local church bodies and in their neighborhoods. We are cultivating deep roots, offering wide canopies of shade and strength. We are formed for flourishing and fruitfulness.

Our classical educational model prioritizes the development of virtues like wisdom and joy, and it is structured with the grain of student development. Grammar students are fact-gatherers, Logic Students are skill-builders, and Rhetoric students are idea-developers. Classical schools have seen exponential growth in recent decades, but the foundation of Classical education is historic.

If you are interested in learning about The Oaks, please reach out to us by email or make plans to attend an upcoming Informational Meeting, which is the first step in the enrollment process each year. We would love to meet you and answer your questions.
