Family Application Process

  • Step One: Learn

    Attend an informational meeting to learn more about the school’s mission and operations. Because this is a collaborative educational model, parent commitment is critical to enrollment and student success. See annual informational meeting dates below and RSVP to attend.

  • Step Two: Apply

    Review all materials from the informational meeting before applying. Apply and submit an application fee.

  • Step Three: Family Meeting & Entrance Testing

    Individual family meetings will be scheduled so we can get to know you and answer your questions. We will also assess your student(s) to ensure proper grade-level placement.

  • Step Four: Contract

    Upon acceptance, families will receive a contract, which is an agreement to partner as educators for the upcoming school year. The contract and contract fee will reserve each child’s placement.

  • Step Five: Co-Teacher Training Day

    The teaching parent will attend mandatory training sessions to become better equipped to use the curriculum selections, to establish a partnership with the classroom teacher, and to connect with other Oaks families.
